Manage the HR Support inbox and be the first line to deal with employee queries, working on multiple queries and business needs at any one time
* Provide an excellent service supporting our internal customers meeting internal service levels and standards
* Accurate input and administration of paperwork across the full employee lifecyle i.e. issue offer letters, contracts, changes in contract, learning agreements etc.
* Process security vetting
* Ensuring our HR System (Workday) is managed and kept up to date
* Ensure new starters and leavers trackers are fully up to date
* Administer the on-boarding and induction process to collect all data required for a new employee and set up the first day inductions
* Enter employee data and administer changes to employee details on the HR System accurately and communicated to payroll
* Work with excel to check/analyse data and provide reports for the HR Team
* Keep HR records and files up to date; ensuring the storage of all documentation remains legally compliant and in line with legislation
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required
