SEASONAL BAR PERSON - OBAN
Oban Distillery, our client's five-star Scottish Tourist attraction is set within the charming coastal town of Oban. This quaint Distillery brings to life the ancient art of distilling and you will also discover all about the exquisite Oban 14-year-old West Highland Malt.
Your Time at Work
This fantastic opportunity exists for Bar staff to join a dynamic team who aim to create a remarkable experience for all their visitors. You will be responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, whilst providing a first-class customer service experience. This is a fast-paced operation, and it is imperative to go the extra mile for your customers.
Our Perfect Worker
This is a crucial and important role within the team, and you will be required to act as an ambassador for the brand, whilst maintaining high presentation standards. Following clear cash handling procedures, whilst ensuring stock control and bar set up guidelines are followed. The ability to work together as a team and have exemplary communication skills are essential.
Building strong rapport with customers is key and having the confidence and passion to represent Oban in a dazzling way, ensuring the customers leave with complete satisfaction.
No prior knowledge of Whisky is necessary, however if you are fluent in other languages that would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Information and Benefits
The site is open across seven days per week and we require flexibility as evening and weekend work is required.
