An established, reputable regional Main contractor with a varied and steady pipeline of work across the South West is seeking to enhance their existing team.
They have many years' experience of delivering a range of private and public sector works, and have worked on everything from smaller works to major developments.
To support the Project lead on a high spec refurbishment contract they are in need of an experienced Finishing Supervisor/Manager.
You'd be tasked with managing and motivating sub-contract trades to deliver high quality to programme, whilst ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
It is essential you have a valid CSCS card in addition to a Trade background and previous experience of performing the above role. SMSTS & First aid at work advantageous.
This is a proposed 4 month requirement which could extend subject to individual performance and company work pipeline.
