An exciting area of our business which is growing rapidly is our 4C Platform. The 4C Platform is an application that we distribute to Financial Advisers across the country to assist them in the quoting and sales of Health Insurance.

We are looking for a professional, organised, and hardworking individual to join our 4C Platform team at this exciting time of growth!

This role is very varied and would suit someone with an interest In IT software but that also enjoys dealing with clients. It involves providing full administrative support to the Director of 4C Platform whilst also handling the accounts of our clients, handling calls from our clients and where necessary investigating any issues and reporting them to the software development team. This will be a varied and challenging role that gives someone the chance to be a part of a small team at a time of exciting and significant growth.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

Providing full administrative support to the Director when required.

Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from both new and existing users of the system.Making outbound courtesy calls to our existing users.

Managing the accounts and relationships with existing users of the 4C Platform. This will require you to call people who are often at Director or Senior Management level to obtain feedback, arrange meetings, provide updates, or invite them to events.

Communicating feedback or reported issues to the software department. You will on occasions need to attend meetings and work with the development team to stay up to date with the current status of projects.

Administrating the applications of new users to the 4C Platform and providing support to them throughout this period.

Collating management information and data to produce reports when required.

Organising and maintaining the Director's diary and appointments when necessary.

Arranging travel and accommodation when required.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an individual with a "can do" attitude who is looking to establish and grow their career within a successful and dynamic organisation.

You will need to have a full understanding of the 4C Platform and the products that It offers to enable you to provide support to users with issues or queries where required (full training for this will be provided as well as continued support from the director).

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:

A prominent level of accuracy and strong eye for detail.

Flexibility, enthusiasm, and the ability to work on your own initiative.

A hands-on attitude.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels.

Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting deadlines and agendas.

As well as managing your own time, you will also have a continual awareness of others around you and their work priorities
