Residential Conveyancer

Due to continued growth, my client based in Bedfordshire have a requirement for a Residential Conveyancer (either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have at least three years experience in dealing with a full range Residential Conveyancing matters.

The candidate will be required to:

• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a Residential Conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision
• Be confident in networking and building business relationship through business development
• Help evolve the marketing strategy within the Conveyancing team
• Have a good working knowledge of the basic IT packages, preferably with experience on case management systems
• Provide an excellent level of client care.
