We are currently recruiting for a Customer Logistics Administrator for our client who specialise in manufacturing & repairs of high- tech electronic equipment for major contracts/customers globally.
As a Customer Logistics Administrator your duties will be:
* Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns.
* Communicate regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution.
* Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections.
* Arrange for parts orders cancellations.
* Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations.
* Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements.
* Data reporting (KPI's, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management.
The successful Customer Logistics Administrator will have the following skills;
* Must have previous customer service experience in a fast- paced environment.
* Good communication skills both written and verbal.
* IT proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel.
* Great attention to detail.
* Good team player who can fit seamlessly into an existing team and is able to provide support to the tram when needed.
* Ability to make decisions independently for the best possible outcome.
* Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
