Conveyancing Solicitor
A well-established High-Street firm on the Fylde Coast with excellent motorway links is seeking a Conveyancer due to retirement and expansion.
They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive, experienced paralegals may apply as will be considered.
The Conveyancing Solicitor is ideally to have 3 years' experience of running their own case load from start to finish with:
The ability to efficiently run full and varied existing caseload of transactions including freehold leasehold, new build, shared ownership re-mortgages, transfers and assents
A working knowledge of CQS protocol, Lender's handbooks and BSA Handbooks
Adept AML and customer due diligence
Excellent communication and IT skills
Light commercial work
The Conveyancing Solicitor must be willing to develop the department and make it their own whilst working in a close-knit supportive team. Flexible working arrangements and flexible hours will be considered to suit the right candidate.
