Our prestigious client based in Inverness looking for an experienced planning consultant to join their well established team. You must have experience in this role but perhaps are looking to take the next step in your career. You will be involved in development management, master planning and promote planned allocations for landowners and developers. You will work closely with local authorities to ensure the smooth running of all projects.
The ideal person will have strong attention to detail and must be flexible with their approach to work. You must be able to work well with others and build relationships with clients whilst meeting their expectations. You will have knowledge of planning practice, procedures and planning legislations.
