It is important that you are flexible and able to adapt your service delivery dependant on the individual's needs. We would love you to be able to speak Welsh, but this is not essential. It is important that you can drive because the people we support enjoy accessing the community and trips out to local beauty spots.
You will need to have:
Good communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work to deadlines and within a constantly changing environment
Ability to complete paperwork
A willingness to participate in sleep-ins is highly desirable
A full drivers licence and a willingness to take out business insurance is essential for this position
You must have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability and in return we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
What does a Support Worker do?

You will have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient personality. Typical responsibilities may include:
Supporting people to live independently - budget management, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals.
