Employee Relations Manager
Salary circa 40-45k per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits

As our ER Team Leader, you will primarily manage and develop a small team of HR/ER Advisors, acting as custodian of casework - ensuring effective end to end management and risk mitigation. This is a newly scoped role, offering real potential to shape the way our advisory team function, sharing best practice whilst taking the time to understand the principles of our organisation.
As ER Team Leader, you will also:
Ensure HR/ER Advisors work in partnership with our Factory Managers and HRBPS to improve employee relations across the group
Track and share ER trends including strengths and opportunities that are identified at sites with HRBPS to build into their People Plans/strategy
Take ownership of High level ER cases - partnering with third parties (legal support, etc,) as and when required
Lead project delivery with the team on key deliverables for our function
Improve management capability through the HR/ER support service and tools to do their jobs
Key Skills/Experience:
CIPD Level 7 qualified
Previous experience of leading a team - ideally within an HRSS environment
Demonstrable experience of handling complex, ER casework - ideally within a construction/manufacturing industry
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
Experience of leading/delivering to project requirements within a HR setting
Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable for this role
