 Are you motivated, committed and ambitious? Do you have the expertise to lead services and teams in order to make a difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities in Oldham? We are recruiting to a brand new post – a Registered Manager to lead our services delivering our respite care, mental health provision and day services. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the continued positive outcomes for the people we support, ensuring impact in all that we do. Your main responsibilities will be centred on the delivery, quality, financial stability and the on-going developments of these set of services. 

You will be values-led, have strong leadership skills and commitment to improving service delivery. You will also have an understanding of quality and care in a regulated environment, be able to build good internal and external relationships and an ability to inspire and motivate your teams. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is creative and has a passion for positive change. You will be self-motivated and determined to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
