Our client based in Lincoln are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

The role will involve; Supporting the Learning & Development team in producing visual aids for training, liaising with external training providers to ensure the company gets the best service, responding to training queries from other departments, keeping up to date with spreadsheets and databases to ensure all training logs are kept up to date and other general admin duties

The role is initially for 2-3 months and then will be reviewed - there is an option for part time and full time hours

The successful candidate must have their own transport as there are requirements for travel to Newark, Grantham and Boston once in a while.
