We are currently looking for a Reservationist to join our client on the outskirts of Dorking.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel and will be responsible in assisting the management team with the smooth running of the hotel and providing a high-quality guest experience.
We are looking for a Reservationist with excellent communication skills, a positive and friendly manner and someone who is able think on their feet and relay information to other departments within the hotel.
The reservationist will be responsible for managing hotel bookings and ensuring all correspondence is up to date and that the front desk and all relevant parties are aware of the customers arrival and any specific needs they may have.
This is a 40 hour per week position and the hours are initially 9am - 5pm. The hours may change to shift times in the suture
