TRAINEE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED AT A LOVELY RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME NEAR SEVENOAKS - GBP10.17 PER HOUR - DAY OR NIGHT SHIFTS - FULL AND PART TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS - GENEROUS ANNUAL LEAVE (STARTING FROM 33 DAYS UP TO 35)
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a TRAINEE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER at a lovely Residential Care Home that provides care for people with physical disabilities in a place they call home.
It is in a beautiful setting, equipped with the latest technology in order to enable the residents to fully live their lives offering various activities in the setting and in the community.
The role of the TRAINEE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER
Identify the needs and abilities of the service users
Provide personal care and encouragement to them
Support service users to appointments and outings.
Provide companionship and support by organising days out
Requirements of aTRAINEE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER
Experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential as our clients provide extensive professional training.
Can you make a real difference to someone's life.
Are you caring, kind, polite and compassionate.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
