We are looking for an Export Solutions Administrator who will work with RS Components.
You will facilitate the provision of a first class customer service experience to all Export Solutions customers. The Export Solutions Administrator role does this by demonstrating and driving a high performance culture to ensure administration support for the Export Solutions Customer Service function is delivered to a high standard. To be the first point of contact for customers and queries to ensure they are promptly and efficiently processed. To provide reporting to support a variety of departmental KPIs. The right person must be comfortable in a fast paced, global and dynamic environment, energetic and flexible when it comes to prioritising workload. Experience of export customer service and administration would be an advantage.
Essential Skills Needed:
• Demonstrable success of delivering best in class administrative support
• Demonstrable ability to work under pressure; self-motivated with ability to be a team player
• A collaborative team player across a business with fast moving, customer driven markets
• Strong Microsoft package skills including Excel and Word
• Highly numerical & analytical
• Strong literacy skills
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Understands the needs of our target customers
• Broad communication skills
• Positive can do attitude, takes ownership and very results oriented
• Good influencing skills
• Operational problem solver and good process management capability
This is a 2-3 month contract
