Customer Service Administrator - Glasgow - Salary up to GBP24,000 p/a DOE
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new role? Are you passionate about great customer service? Would you like the opportunity to work in the prestigious drinks industry?
We have the opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-known drinks organisation, based in Glasgow, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Are you who we're looking for?
Excellent communication skills
Strong administration experience, and the ability to analyse data
Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
Previous experience in Customer Services
Ability to establish relationships both internally and externally
What does the day to day look like?
General administration duties
Processing customer orders
Supporting the Customer Service Manager and wider team
Ensuring customer orders are co-ordinated to balance supply and demand
Liaise with customers
