Our client is one of the leading office fit out contractors in the west midlands. They work with blue-chip clientele and deliver extremely modern office fit outs. They are looking for an Estimator to price up new sites for their high profile clients.
You
They are looking for an estimator with some fit out experience ideally working on office fit out projects.
The Role
• Produce quotations for new projects, competitively tendering sub-contract packages.
• Produce monthly valuations and applications on live projects and produce the final account once projects are completed.
• Cost variations on live projects within agreed timescales and capitalise on opportunities to improve margin through change requests and variations.
• Certify payments for the supply chain including sub-contractors and ensure all supply chain are invoicing correctly and that this aligns with valuations.
• Continuous review of projects to ensure they are meeting objectives and that maximum value is being achieved at all times.
• Work closely with project managers and support them to manage and own the numbers, ensure margins are achieved and vital information is correctly recorded and reported.
• Maintain relationships with key clients so that the client continues to secure a large proportion of repeat business.
