£33,858 - £35,890 per annum Essential Car User 6% Pension Contribution Flexible and hybrid working 

Regular travel required

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a compliance surveyor to join the team and support us in ensuring resident safety and regulation. 

You will advise management on compliance issues with a specific focus on fire safety.   

This will include inspecting communal areas to ensure we meet our statutory obligations and make recommendations for change.  It’s really important that you have experience in managing contracts as we manage our service through third party contractors.  The job involves working with staff, tenants and contractors so communication skills are essential.
