Customer demand has increased, increased significantly actually, greater than pre-covid levels. 2021 has been a phenomenal year for Redline, overachieving success measures across all our 5 business units.
We're now accelerating hiring plans with a brand new division, dedicated to creating strong relationships with our candidate community and we want YOU to embark on this new venture with us. We're open to all experience levels from beginner to expert, including management - together achieving our vision of becoming the UK's number 1 technology recruitment partner.

-If you don't, we think you're already a natural communicator, effective at presenting ideas and influencing others.
You're excellent at sales, customer service, or people-centric roles
-People are at the heart of our business.
-You'll be an active listener, someone who can uncover what someone means, not just what they said.
-Being comfortable on the phone will help, but if it takes you a few days to get used to it, we'll support you.
-You'll have an exceptional work ethic, ensuring you meet your promises.
You must love technology, or you don't???
-The is no prerequisite for you to understand everything about the industry we recruit into. You will be given training, support & all the tools you need to do the job.
-The industry is fascinating though and after a few months, you probably will anyway.
You're resilient, tenacious, and confident
-Maybe you can't tick all three yet? We'll help you develop personally and professionally.
-Some of our most experienced staff were very different on their first day!
So that sounds like you??? but what will you be doing?
The aim of this role is to have quality conversations with our candidate community ultimately helping them land their dream job.
To do this successfully and consistently you will:
-Liaise with colleagues (sometimes clients) to uncover their needs
-Create compelling job adverts to attract the best candidates (like this one???)
-Speak with our candidate community and deliver a clear and concise pitch about our client to gain commitment
-Influence and inform colleagues to gain agreement
-The role is varied and offers progression into other business units
Yes??? we have flexible working, table tennis, a beer fridge and trips to Vegas, skiing and exotic locations, but please don't apply for that reason; we're looking for career minded people who want a role that can really make a difference.
