Our client is the world leader in Aircraft Landing & Breaking systems, they cover the entire life cycle of its products from Design and Manufacturing to maintenance and repair. They are actively seeking a Facilities Coordinator.

The role of the facilities coordinator is to report directly to the facilities manager and perform a role to maintain standard practices and processes concerning the overall support of the department and the administration of other initiatives across site whilst maintaining good communication links with both internal and external suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Raising and closing of purchase orders within the SAP system.
Responding, Tracking and the closure of job requests. Computerised maintenance management system, (CMMS)
Support ad hoc requests when required to support business needs.
Update and maintain a full suite of KPI's
Maintain asset register & process
Liaise with total facilities management (TFM) supplier on work orders and work completion.
Coordination of the scrapping of aircraft parts.
Coordination of general planned inspections (GPI's) internal self audits & policy reviews.

Technical Competence required:
Previous facility experience
Awareness of HSE.
Knowledge of SAP system.

This role is 24 hours weekly and can be done from over 3-5 days.
6 month contract with potential to go permanent.
