Service Desk Analyst

6 weeks initial contract to permanent after 6 weeks

8-4PM during initial 6 weeks

2:30 - 10pm after the 6 weeks

GBP95-110 per day

GBP20-25k salary after contract

Remote 4 days from home 1 day in office!

Must operate through Umbrella or PAYE

This role is for a major brand in the IT sector, are in need of a Service desk analyst who has experience in IT and customer service.

The role will require you to maintain IT support for internal employees and operational support for employees in the company and identify security and etc. and overall contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Workplace service centre.

Desirable skills:

Computer literacy
Previous tech experience
Customer service experience
IT degree (not essential)
Experience supporting users remotely
Understanding KPI environments
Experience supporting iPhone/iPad and Android devices
Tailor support based on customers technical language.
Knowledge of windows operating systems
