My client, a leading property development and regeneration company are needing an experienced site Labourer.
The project is for approx. 3 months with the potential of another phase coming on board imminently which will be a further 6 months' work, plus further sites available for the right candidates.
Location: Helston Cornwall.
Project: Whole House renovation works, internal and external works.
Properties: 3 Bedroom + living Room + Kitchen + Dinning Room + Hall + Bathroom
Properties: Vacant and Empty
Working Hours 8.00am to 5.00pm
Must be willing to undertake MOD Clearance.
CSCS Cards required
5 Point PPE Required
High Standards of workmanship required
Continuation of further phases and further sites available for the right candidates
