We're an independent energy broker that disliked the term 'broker'. It didn't sit right, so we ditched it. We thought 'consultant', 'advisor' or better still 'partner' echoed what we did much more.

Something else bugged us too. Yes, we're a utility company, but that doesn't mean we have to act like one, does it. That's when the big idea hit:

What will you be doing?
Prospecting is the primary responsibility of a business-to-business Lead Generator. You will be making outbound calls and promoting our green solutions to a range of businesses all over the UK.

Your determination, rapport, and ability to provide tailored solutions to new clients' needs are crucial in your role.
The journey doesn't stop there as you will be responsible for the account management of your clients to ensure that they and you gain maximum benefit from their partnership.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Achieving the company's KPI's
• Making telephone calls to prospective business clients
• Converting cold calls to leads through rapport, questioning and need-finding • Promote the company's green energy solutions
• Ensure an exceptional quality of lead is passed into the sales management system • Ongoing account management
What are we looking for?
• Sales experience is preferred but not essential • Work ethic is a must • Experience in the energy sector is preferred but not essential
• Be able to listen and question effectively, to overcome objections • Be able to work well under pressure and enjoy working to targets
