The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a BDM/IT Recruitment Consultant with experience in contract recruitment. You will be an entrepreneurial, dynamic individual looking for a company where you can grow and develop your skills, career and earning potential.
In this role you will develop your own client base with a focus on ERP and managed service solutions.
Location
The BDM/IT Recruitment Consultant can work from offices in Manchester but remote working is also supported.
Responsibilities
•Identify new business opportunities
•Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from taking a brief to placing candidates
•Bring on new business accounts and continuously develop the company reputation for ERP recruitment excellence
•Keep abreast of company and contractor movements to quickly identify the right person as soon as an opportunity arises
•Attract candidates through recommendations, headhunting and social media platforms
•Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
•Gain an in-depth knowledge of the ERP market (full training provided) and network within the ERP community
Experience
•Contract recruitment experience essential, ideally within the IT sector although this is not essential
•Experience providing ERP solutions is desirable but not critical
•Strong new business development experience
