Resource Management Planner
Do you have experience working within resource management and planning? Are you comfortable working with large amounts of data and are you able to work under pressure? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are currently looking to recruit for a Resource Management Planner in the Exeter area, to work for Devon & Cornwall Police on a full time basis, starting immediately until the end of September 2022.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain staffing levels for day to day policing activities and for planned and spontaneous operations
Accurately record data in various Force IT systems
Act as the first point of contact for resource management enquiries
Support the maintenance of the organisational skill base
Produce reports and analysis to assist managers with future resource decisions
Present and explain plans as require to relevant managers
Requirements:
A good understanding of resource management and planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced MS User
Proven ability to work under pressure
