Professional Misconduct Solicitor
My client is recruiting for a Professional Misconduct Solicitor to join their team in Chelmsford, Essex.
The Department is highly regarded both nationally and internationally and undertakes the conduct of serious Crime and Misconduct cases, Inquests and Regulatory Law Procedures on behalf of various Disciplined Services, both in the United Kingdom and overseas.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the field of Crime and Professional Discipline, will be able to work as part of a dedicated Team to a very high standard at all times and whilst under pressure.
Requirements
• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Any PQE to be considered
• Experience in any of the following: Regulatory Defence, Professional Discipline and/or Fitness to Practise matters
• A genuine interest in working for several regulatory bodies across the sector
• A keen eye for detail and a client-centric approach
• The ability to work effectively autonomously as well as part of a wider team
