Your new company
You will be joining a global manufacturing business with a strong footprint in the UK. Supporting a site of up to 200 employees, you will be the stand alone HR contact for this site, but also have the reassurance of being part of a wider HR team based at their other UK locations.
Your new role
This role will be providing a full generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This will include supporting line managers with planning workforce needs and subsequent recruitment processes. You will also manage ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. Whilst they do have a shared service function in place, you will also need to be comfortable doing your own administration including reconciling overtime ours etc.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has a strong record in delivering across the employee lifecycle. Manufacturing experience would be advantageous, but by no means essential.
This is a site based role working at their Halesowen site.
