Senior Teaching Assistant (32.5 hours/week term-time only)

Start Date: September 2022 with potential to start sooner

Pro-rata Salary: GBP16959 (PCD 7)

We are expanding again! We are seeking to employ a permanent Senior Teaching Assistant to work in our Learning Support Team for 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will support the learning of a number of SEND pupils, including pupils with ASC, in or out of the classroom. Pupils demonstrate a wide range of learning difficulties and you will be working across the range, from pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan with specific or severe learning difficulties to pupils with minor or temporary access difficulties. You may work extensively on a one-to-one basis or within a class room setting. There are opportunities to specialise within areas of SEND and develop your skill set further, within specific areas of SEND, or working as part of a multi-agency team.
