Junior Account Manager
Junior Account Manager - from GBP20,00 to GBP25,000 per annum
You will be responsible for looking after a number of existing key customers, providing them with high-quality temporary HGV Drivers and logistics staff as and when they require them.
Your primary role will be to ensure exemplary customer service levels and order fulfilment rates for these important accounts, through effective candidate recruitment and retention. You will also be responsible for the account planning and business development process for these customers (training will be provided), with the aim of gaining additional revenue from them in the long term.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
* Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by Branch Manager
* Achieve agreed annual growth target across assigned customer portfolio
* Complete and maintain account plans
* Provide Sales Consultants with both sales leads and candidatesQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Two/Three plus years recruitment experience.
Recruitment experience within the Driving Market / HGV sector would be desirable but not essential.
Recruitment experience within a busy temp environment - essential.
Previous experience as Account Manager with a busy recruitment agency - essential
A good understanding of marketing and how to promote temp jobs to interested parties
Strong account management and relationship building skills
Highly self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
