**Career Opportunity Role**. As part of our continued growth, we have a requirement for a SDR for our Supplier Services Team based at our Glasgow city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Executive with a good business acumen to get into a fast-paced and exciting new division within the organisation.

What You'll be Doing:

In this new role within a new division of the business as SDR you’ll be selling our new data platform which provides business intelligence for the public sector.

You’ll be

+ Selling into senior level decision makers e.g. – Financial Director, Managing Director.
+ The right resource for this role will need to be a motivated self-starter, and have the ability to plan and direct activities under limited to moderate management supervision
+ The position requires the ability to learn and acquire expertise on the market and company solutions – often requiring self-training and teaching
+ It is anticipated that this role will have a willingness and eagerness to progress their career within the business

About You:

+ 2+ years experience and knowledge in working with the software solutions, added value services, or managed services with a consultative approach preferable.
+ Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Sales order processes.
+ Must be a self-starter, with a genuine drive to achieve/exceed targets and expectations.
+ Able to build relationships, understand client needs and provide a solution.
+ Understand the culture, value, and image of the company.
+ Work well under management and be a team player.
+ Experience with selling into multiple industries.
+ Identify and promote best use of pipeline generation tools within sales teams, and sharing demand generation best practices across countries and segments.
+ Fluency in English, written and oral.
+ Strong writing, communications and organisational skills and time management.
+ Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
