CNC Machinist for this family run company based in Luton who really promote these values in the day to day running of the business. You will work with a really helpful team on the shop floor who will assist you in progressing within the company and will help you learn new skills. Their owner used to say "you can drink as much coffee as you like as long as the machines are running".

Ideally looking for candidates who live within half hour of site/10 miles from site as they want to make sure you have an acceptable work life balance.

They operate a NEST Pension scheme, an early 3pm finish on a Friday as well as good parking, bike shed and provide all your PPE.

This company was started in the eighties and would often work in to the evenings writing letters to potential customers in those early days and one of their first customers was a company that made franking machines which led to more work manufacturing components on the semi-automatic machines they had at the time.

This led to more work and working to tighter tolerances which meant the purchase of their first Miyano CNC Lathe and they still buy machinery from Miyano to this day.

Through trade shows the company was able to win more new customers who came back to the company time after time through the company investing in new technology and staff who are self motivated and work together to achieve their goals

CNC Turner (Setter and Operator) required for a company based in Luton. The role of CNC Turner is due to an increase in orders and offers long term work with the opportunity to progress and train on the programming side.

The company is a small and friendly company and offers a salary of circa GBP28,000.

The CNC Turner will be working on fairly complex machines which have between 7 and 9 axis but using fairly standard Fanuc controls.

Normal batch sizes run from as low as 100 into their Thousands.
