Konnect Recruit are currently looking for a Finishing Manager to work with a residential developer on a 6 month contract. You will mainly be snagging and getting plots ready for handover. This will be for a 7.30 start paying minimum 9 hours a day with overtime and weekends available
Responsibilities:
* Identifying snags
* Working with Trades to ensure the snags are minimised and corrected
* Helping with the overall running of the site
* Getting the site ready for handover
* Organising tradespeople
Skills/ Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
* Full PPE
* Positive, hardworking attitude
* Good reliability
