We are looking for experienced site managers for our new build apartment schemes.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in new build residential and social housing, with the ability to manage the process from inception through to completion.

Main duties, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing daily on-site operations
  • Ensuring works are carried out to the required standard Building regs/NHBC
  • Ensure project Is running on Program & within budget
  • Coordinate and manage subcontract trades
  • Material & trade call offs
  • Maintaining quality control checks
  • Daily/Weekly monthly H&S documentation
  • Responsible for the on-site Health & Safety
  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  • Any other related tasks as required

Requirements for the position

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Site manager Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Sound working knowledge of construction
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Technically minded
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, which will be necessary for liaising with clients and subcontractors alike
