An exciting position has become available for an experienced HR Coordinator / Operations Administrator to join a small, friendly team based in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a desire to work within a challenging and varied role where you can be involved with HR, events and general support administration.

My client is looking for an independent, enthusiastic individual, who has some experience in a busy administration role. You will have excellent communication skills and a desire to learn. This business is renowned for looking after their staff and offer an incredible support system within the job as well as other benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Duties will include but not limited to:

HR administration: preparing new employee paperwork, help to administer discipline and grievance procedures, organising staff training
Recruitment: placing advertisements, arranging interviews
Maintain employee records
Events: coordinate room bookings, liaise internally to arrange refreshments, prepare itineraries
Health and Safety administration
To be considered for this position you will need to have previous experience in an administration role, be able to work under pressure and have good time management skills. You will be an organised individual that strives for success and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Our client is in a position to consider applications from both full and part time candidates. Hours will need to be worked across 5 days per week Monday to Friday.
