Sales Order Processor
We are currently working alongside a successful company based in Cardiff who are looking to take on an experienced Sales Order Processor. This is a full-time permanent role in an expanding company that has a very friendly team, stable environment and low turnover in staff.
The successful candidate MUST have experience in sales order processing and must have strong communication skills both written and verbal, confident to liaise with customers on the telephone and be able to resolve and respond to queries efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the Internal Sales Team and Field Sales Team(s).
* Generating quotes and processing orders for the Internal Sales Executives and the Field Sales Team(s).
* To keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and our couriers when necessary.
* Managing and dealing with queries in the sales inbox.
* Receiving inbound calls to the internal sales team.
* To maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Any other tasks as commensurate with the post.

Essential Skills and Experience
* Sales order processing experience
* Excellent administration skills
* Professional telephone manner and confident to liaise with customers
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Liaison with logistics departments or firms would be desirable, arranging transport for orders
