THE CORNISH NHS RESERVIST PROGRAMME

We are developing a team of NHS Reservists in Cornwall. This is a new role aimed at enabling people in our community to support the NHS for a specified period of time each year. This may be just a few weeks or a bit more and will mainly be during times when our services need some extra help. Reservists can support clinical roles such as nursing teams, or non-clinical roles such as Administrators. Please talk to us about the skills you can offer!

Being a Reservist is ideal for former colleagues who want to get involved again or for those who are considering healthcare as a career.

NHS Reservists are part of a reliable, flexible, paid workforce. You will be fully trained to prepare you to support local hospitals, clinics or GP surgeries.

We are recruiting now to support our busy winter period.

We want to talk to people from varied backgrounds including clinical and clerical and from people who represent the true diversity of Cornwall's population. You ALL have something to offer and we would love to work with you.
