Royal Lochnagar Distillery sits at the foot of the Cairngorm mountains, a mile from Balmoral Castle. This small craft distillery is renowned for it's incredible location and outstanding whisky. This prestigious site represents an everlasting experience you will not forget.
Your Time at Work
This fantastic opportunity as a Seasonal Tour Guide provides a chance to be involved with a dynamic team who aim to create remarkable experiences for all their visitors, taking them on a journey they will always remember and sharing their love for Whisky with all visitors. You will be responsible for sharing the heritage with passion and enthusiasm and acting as ambassadors to the business.
This is a crucial and important role within the team, and you will be required to provide a first-class customer service experience. This will include warmly greeting the visitors to promoting brands, providing guidance on questions and upselling products. Working within the hospitality and retail departments are key to this role. The ability to work together as a team and have exemplary communication skills are imperative.

Building a strong rapport with customers is key and having the confidence and passion to represent Royal Lochnagar Distillery, ensuring the customers leave with complete satisfaction is a must.
No prior knowledge of Whisky is necessary as full training will be provided.
