North West Regional Housing Manager

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Regularly performance monitoring and supervision of the housing team.
- Utilise the full range of enforcement tools and actions to resolve tenancy breaches.
- Maximising rental income through effective rent collection.
- Scheduling works for the maintenance team and agents.
- Willingness to work additional and out-of-office hours if required.
- Experience of dealing with AST's, Landlord Licencing (including HMO's) & Section 21's etc.
- A full all-round knowledge of private sector housing.
Pay - £25,000 to £30,000 (plus expenses)
Hours - 35 hours per week.
(BHHCIC provides housing for 'general needs' tenants only, but works with departments in BHP).
