£24,500 pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to work as part of our HR Services team to ensure all administration is carried out in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of this important function within the business.

What you’ll deliver day-to-day:
+ Providing comprehensive administrative support to the UK & Ireland team concerning the recruitment and on-boarding process for new starters; welcome packs, contracts, referencing and pre-employment checks ensuring full compliance.
+ Ensuring up to date employee records are held confidentially and accurately and comply with GDPR legislation
+ Maintaining the electronic HR & Payroll systems - Employee Central (Success Factors) and ADP with accurate and timely records for actions affecting employees; starters, movers, leavers, disciplinary, maternity etc
+ Undertaking HR project work as and when required
+ Any other ad hoc administrative duties that require the assistance of the HR team.
We are looking for someone who is willing to jump straight into this busy and varied role. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative abilities, preferably from an HR background, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You will be able to plan and prioritise your workload and demonstrate a “together we win” attitude towards the department and supporting your colleagues.
You will also have excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop. Most importantly, you must be able to work using your own initiative and know when to question decisions and escalate things accordingly.
