As a Service Deliver Driver, you are part of a well-oiled team, preparing then delivering and collecting hire vehicles to customers. Our mission, to keep the customer mobile whilst their vehicle is being repaired.
Out on the road, you are the face of Auxillis, where ensuring a great customer experience is key - it is always the little things that make a difference; a warm and friendly approach, taking the time to explain the vehicle controls and the hire documents or answering queries helpfully and positively. .
Whatever the reason for your contact with a customer, it is your role to make it memorable for all of the right reasons.
