Contact Centre Team Leader required for a successful team.

 

Could you develop, encourage, lead, and motivate a highly successful team of Customer Service Advisors? If yes, they may have a new career for you. As a leading Housing provider, they are seeking a Customer Service professional ready to further develop their career by joining as their Contact Centre Team Leader. Based at their Rushden Office this role will enable your work to positively impact communities and improve their customer lives.

 

The Role

 

Their customer service team is now looking for you, an excellent individual with experience of delivering a first-class, person centric service. This is your chance to join a dynamic team which is close to local transport links on a 36.25 hr per week permanent basis.

 

You will need to be a passionate individual to join their Customer Services team, continuously delivering a Heartfelt Service you will help develop a culture that goes hand in hand with their Group vision and values.  

 

Demonstrating their goal of delivering a ‘heartfelt service’, you will truly ‘own it’ by developing individuals and being motivational to drive forward customer service excellence over the coming weeks, months, and years.  

 

Leading your team of advisors, you’ll collaborate with the Contact Centre Manager, building strong relationships with colleagues and supporting their successful development.

 

As a ‘fun but fair’ leader, you will know how to bring the best out of the team whilst also working across our other areas of operation to ensure a ‘One Team, One Vision’ ethos is achieved.

You will need to demonstrate:

Post may require occasional travelling for training or meeting purposes.
