Asset Management Surveyor (FTC)

Joining our Assets Team, reporting to the Investment Manager, you’ll be responsible for mobilising and delivering investment programmes to completion, whilst ensuring full customer engagement and involvement.

You may be required to assess the required work, produce tender and contract documents, issue instructions and variations, and process valuations and payments. You will also be required to assess the quality of completed work and offer technical advice to colleagues and tenants.

Working towards, or holding a HNC, HND in Building / Building Surveying, successful candidates will have demonstratable knowledge of CDM regulations, with experience in contractor supervision and valuations. With excellent communication skills and a strong IT skill set, you’ll be able to confidently produce reports, carry out detailed surveys and have an understanding of building services.
