WR Fundraising Recruitment is proud to be working with a passionate health charity, that focuses on providing vital support to people across the UK. What an exciting time to be joining them as they are growing their team and looking to expand their fundraising department, a great opportunity to be a part of at a pivotal time of growth and ambition!
As part of their operational strategy, they are looking for an experienced fundraiser to join the team as a Fundraising Manager to develop and implement the charity's fundraising plans, focussing on Corporate Partnerships, but this could change to suit the skills of the candidate. As the Fundraising Manager, you will be a part of a really friendly, small, but passionate team and will be very much supported by the Fundraising & Communications Director, so you will never be alone.
This role offers so much, starting with the development of the Corporate Partnerships and leading the way into bigger things! You will be managing a small team of 5, with the scope to grow to 6 people.
You will be a valued team member and feel excited about getting stuck in to grow the department.
Fundraising Manager
Hybrid Working (2 days a week in office)
Full Time, Fixed Term Contract of 3 years with extension by agreement
Worcester
Salary - GBP29,500 - GBP36,500
Duties will include:
Working closely with the Fundraising & Communications Director to discuss the development of fundraising initiatives
Provide valued leadership to the fundraising team
Delivering across mainly corporate partnerships, with the scope to widen across the grants, trusts, events challenges, community and individual giving
Be very much involved in the fundraising strategy and budgeting with the Fundraising & Communications director.
Developing compelling cases for support and funding reports
Liaise with the communications manager
The ideal candidate will have:
Networking and relationships skills
Excellent leaderships skills
Knowledge of corporate partnerships and fundraising
Experience of proposing corporate partnerships to raise awareness and develop new revenue streams
Experience and skill in developing strategy and plans
Excellent organisation skills, managing multiple priorities, providing a high level of customer care
