Night Care Manager
GBP12.34 per hour | 42 Hours | Night shifts | Residential Home
A luxury residential and dementia care home in the Loughborough area has a fantastic vacancy for a Care Manager to support their Care Manager to support the care team on nights.
About the Night Care Manager role and what the home is offering:
• A permanent full-time contract working 42 hours (3 on 3 off)
• A competitive hourly pay rate offered up to GBP12.34
• Night shifts only
• Paid breaks
• Uniform/DBS provided

As Care Manager you will coordinate, manage and monitor aspects of planning and delivery of resident care on the night shift. You will also help to lead and develop the care team, working to deliver the best possible standards of care and living to residents.
What we're looking for in a Night Care Manager:
• A qualified Care Assistant with relevant qualifications, NVQ/SVQ Level 3/Level 2
• Previous care experience in a UK care home, ideally at a senior / management level
• Able to lead, develop and motivate a team
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
• Excellent communication, organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills
