This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a small and growing regional housebuilder to take on the number 1 job on a site in Bristol. The build is due to start early in June and the company would like to find a Manager who is keen to take on a new build from start through to site completion.
You will be working on a project which is delivering 20 units, made up of 11 bespoke homes plus 9 apartments. The developer is fast becoming a business with a strong reputation for building quality homes with innovative and interesting design features and a clear focus on the customer experience. You will be leading the site and overseeing all sub contractors, trades and assistants. The key to the success of the role is your ability to work closely with all involved in the site build and build strong sustainable relationships with local suppliers. You must have an eye for detail and a focus on ensuring all health and safety guidelines are met and adhered to at all times.
This is a fantastic chance to step in and lead a site with the full backing of the leadership team. Ideally you will have experience as a Site Manager delivering housing and be local to Bristol.
