2nd Line Support Engineer

I am working with one of the country's leading independent telecommunications companies who are looking for an experienced, user focused and technically proficient 2nd Line Support Engineer to support their client in Blackburn.

You will be the dedicated engineer for this end client and ensure that all 2nd line issues are resolved with agreed SLAs and, where applicable, escalated to 3rd line and beyond.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week being on site and 2 days a week WFH. There is also an expectation to visit the head office in London once a month and, ad hoc, attend meetings or events in Ewloe.

Therefore, a full UK Driving Licence is required

Responsibilities

2nd Line Support and providing resolutions with agreed SLAs
Ownership of the client requests and escalating where required
Manage and Maintain the monitoring platform

Technical Expertise Required

Active Directory
Office 365
Windows Server (2003 onwards)
Windows 7, 10 and 11
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud)
Network services
