Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to work on a day shift to support a prestigious client based in Farnborough. This is a temporary role but is very likely to turn into a permanent opportunity. The role involves working with aerospace parts and they are ideally looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience of working within the aerospace or engineering environment. This is a customer facing role too, so you'll need excellent communication skills both in writing and face to face. You'll be need to demonstrate your experience at working within a Warehouse and will be able to show where you have picked orders, packed orders, checked goods in, replenished stock and updated stock items on a computer as well as the ability to resolve warehousing stock enquiries.This is a new and purpose built warehouse, so it is a clean and tidy environment to work in and the company takes pride in training it's staff to take on and learn additional and more technical areas of the role. Refreshments area on site.Hours: 6.30am to 6.30pm, 4 days working and then 4 days off. Salary: Basic salary is: GBP23,746.62 All candidates will be required to provide 5 years of working history or evidence of unemployment and you will also be required to carry out a Basic DBS (paid for by the company).
