Opportunity to join a thriving retail healthcare business as part of a busy office based team responsible for handling first line contact from customers. Offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Suitable applications from immediate or short notice candidates with strong customer service skills both verbal and written welcomed.

Customer Support Advisor - About The Role

Providing a first line support to customers in a small call centre environment. Communication will be verbally phone based and written via web-chat and email. Dealing with queries and concerns in a professional and polite manner. Some of the functions of the Customer Support Advisor will include:

* Booking appointments for customers across the branch network.

* Advising patients of products and services that may be of interest to them.

The successful Customer Support Advisor will have:

* Excellent telephone manner with an ability to converse and consult with a diverse range of audiences.

* Strong written communication is also important within this vacancy due to our use of web-chat with patients.

* The ideal applicants will have experience within an office setting.

* Customer services experience - can consider retail.
