Our client, a Property Consultancy, based in Farnham, are seeking a Graduate to join them to work within their Agency team, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate Surveyor, will be working directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified. Our client have a track record of helping individuals achieve chartered status.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have graduated or be close to graduating in Real Estate or similar (RICS accredited). The candidate will also need to be local to Farnham, hold a full driving licence and be seeking a long term role.
Graduate Surveyor Position Overview
Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Farnham (Travel throughout Surrey)
Job Title: Graduate Surveyor
Salary: GBP22k - GBP25k DOE
Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for degree finishes etc.)
Projects: Commercial Agency
Reporting to: Senior Surveyor
Working hours: Monday to Friday
