Remuneration: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + uncapped commission (GBP12,000+)

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Roofing / Waterproofing Systems will involve:
- Technical field sales position, selling a manufactured range of waterproofing systems such as; single ply, bituminous waterproofing, liquid waterproofing, acoustic membranes, concrete repair, mortar waterproofing repairs, building drainage systems
- Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
- The majority of your time will be focused on selling to roofing contractors
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects
- Will be targeted to achieve GBP750k turnover
- Most of your time will be spent generating new business relationships from incoming warm enquiries
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Roofing / Waterproofing Systems with:
- Must have a sold a technical related building envelope system such as: roofing, insulation, single ply, bituminous waterproofing, liquid waterproofing, acoustic membranes, concrete repair, mortar waterproofing repairs, building drainage systems, air tightness
- Open in terms of route to market either main contractors, specification or distribution
- Would consider a merchant background
- Must have a strong technical mind set i.e. capable of selling on a technical solution and product
- Excellent attributes to be successful in sales - excellent communication skills, personable and likeable character
